The 2025 Guizhou Youth Tennis Ranking Finals (CTJ-B800) concluded in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Dec 14, bringing together more than 200 young players from over 20 cities across China.

Hosted by the Guizhou Tennis Association at the Guizhou Shooting and Archery Sports Development Center, the two-day tournament consisted of 279 matches. As a CTJ-B800 event, the competition awarded ranking points directly linked to players' national standings, attracting stronger participation and higher-level competition than the eight CTJ-B600 tournaments previously held in Guiyang in 2025.

Young athletes displayed impressive skills, determined performances and strong sportsmanship throughout the event, with precise shot-making, agile movement and competitive spirit earning warm applause from spectators.

The finals marked the conclusion of the 2025 Guizhou Youth Tennis Ranking Series, which ran for nine months from April to December. Centered in Guiyang, the series established a year-round competition system consisting of eight qualifying tournaments and one final.

The series attracted nearly 1,500 young players from almost 30 provinces and municipalities nationwide and staged a total of 2,942 matches. The opening event set a participation record for a youth tennis tournament in Guizhou, while the series generated nearly 4 million yuan ($588,752) in tourism and related spending, helping integrate competitive sports with local cultural and tourism development.
