This year's event, themed "health, happiness, and environmental protection", featured four major activities: the spring marathon, garden tour, specialty market, and flower viewing festival.
The marathon offered two race options – a family and couples-friendly route and a professional course – creating a lively springtime festival that blended sports, culture, tourism and leisure. Participants enjoyed photo spots, cultural and creative product displays, and six immersive interactive experiences, including cuju (ancient Chinese football), pitch-pot, and a poetry challenge. The specialty market showcased many local Yongle specialties, Guizhou delicacies, and handcrafted goods.
The 2025 Yongle Taohuapao Marathon attracted over 4,200 participants. Since its launch in 2018, the event has welcomed more than 100,000 fitness enthusiasts, establishing itself as a flagship community sports event in Nanming district and Guiyang.
