On Aug 28, Long Tanzhen secured three gold medals in the women's 59 kilograms category, with a snatch of 88 kg, a clean and jerk of 115 kg, and a total of 203 kg.

Long Ai won three gold medals in the women's 64 kg category, with a snatch of 90 kg, a clean and jerk of 111 kg, and a total of 201 kg.

Before the competition in South Korea, the two athletes were selected to participate in a Chinese youth weightlifting training camp in Fuzhou city. Here, they focused on refining key technical aspects of the snatch and the clean and jerk, improving their movements' stability and success rate.

By participating in the training camp and the international competition, both athletes have broadened their horizons, gained valuable experience, and laid a solid foundation for their future athletic careers.
