Guiyang vouchers to boost enthusiasm for sports among residents

The second-quarter 2024 Guiyang Sports and Fitness Benefit Vouchers, which have a total value of 1 million yuan ($137,823), began being distributed on June 9.

The vouchers come in two types: those with a threshold and those without.

For those with a threshold, residents can receive a 100-yuan discount when spending over 300 yuan on sports services, while for those without, residents can use the vouchers directly for discounts of 20 yuan.

Residents can claim the vouchers through the "Zhutihui" WeChat applet, with each person eligible to receive five no-threshold vouchers and one with a threshold per session. Up to three vouchers can be used per day, and they have a validity period of 60 days. Each individual can use vouchers up to a maximum value of 1,500 yuan per year.

The sports and fitness benefit vouchers can be used at 49 sports and fitness centers in Guiyang, including swimming pools, basketball courts, badminton halls, and gyms.
