The Guiyang Olympic Champions Cup Soccer Tournament kicked off at the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center in Guiyang on the night of April 10. The soccer field echoed with cheers and thunderous applause.

Eight teams participated in the tournament, which included a group stage followed by knockout rounds. The tournament will span a month, with the final scheduled for May 3 at 1 pm.

Furthermore, it included activities such as the selection of the "Most Popular Team" and the "Top 10 Goals of the Tournament”.

Of particular note, on the morning of May 3, the Master Training Camp – a World Soccer Achievement Awards ceremony series event, will be held at the main stadium of the Guiyang Olympic Sports Center. Francesco Totti, Gabriel Batistuta, and Marco van Basten will personally conduct master classes and present honorary certificates to young players.

Additionally, the three athletes will attend the final match at 1 pm on May 3 to watch live and present awards to the winning team. At that time, the seating area of the main stadium of the center will be open to fans free of charge.
