Guiyang and Gui'an to offer fitness coupons to residents

The news conference for cultural, commercial, educational, sports, and tourism activities during the upcoming Spring Festival in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area was held on Jan 22.

It was announced that during this year's Spring Festival on Feb 9, Guiyang and Gui'an will host a total of 80 national fitness events.

Guiyang and Gui'an will hold the Guiyang soccer fun series, jump rope challenge, basketball challenge, and other national fitness activities on Jan 27. Participants of these sports events will have the chance to win prizes.

From Jan 30 to Feb 1, the 2024 "Yunding Cup" Ski Open will take place at the Guiyang Yunding Ski Resort. Additionally, from Feb 12 to 15, an off-road race will be held in Limu village, Gui'an New Area.

Furthermore, to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival, Guiyang and Gui'an will distribute sports and fitness coupons worth a total of 1.25 million yuan ($175,014). Residents can redeem and use these coupons at 47 designated sports venues across the two regions by obtaining coupons through the "Zhutihui" WeChat applet.
