Guiyang shooting competition for youth kicks off

The "Run, Youth" 2023 Guiyang City Youth Shooting Championship took place at the Guizhou Shooting and Archery Development Center in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Dec 9.

The competition featured individual and team events for 10-meter laser pistol and rifle. Approximately 120 athletes from eight teams across the city engaged in intense competition.

Laser pistol shooting is an emerging sport that combines modern technology with athleticism.

This championship provided a platform for youth to participate in a sports competition and showcase their exceptional shooting skills.
