A Tai Chi exchange activity is held in Wudang district of Guiyang on May 19.

Tai Chi can promote balance inside the body and enhance the constitution. In 2020, Wudang district was named among the first batch of the "National Hometowns of Tai Chi for the Elderly" by the China Senior Sports Association. After years of development and promotion, Tai Chi fitness activities have become a popular trend in Guiyang.
