Guiyang's bureau holds meeting to summarize work of first 3 quarters

The Guiyang bureau of sports held a meeting on Sept 1 to discuss the completion of key tasks in the first three quarters of 2022 and redeploy key tasks in the fourth quarter.

The meeting pointed out that in the first three quarters of this year, the bureau has promoted the coordinated development of competitive sports, mass sports and the sports industry.

The Guiyang delegation recently won first place in the gold medal list and medal list of the 11th Games of Guizhou Province, the construction of "15-minute fitness circles" (wherein all residents are within a 15-minute walk of a fitness area) has made progress; and the sports night economy has continued to develop.

The meeting emphasized that in order to develop the sports industry, it is necessary to implement key projects such as "15-minute fitness circles", the holding of the 14th National Games of Guiyang, the cultivation of market players, and the scheduling of economic indicators, so as to create a "strong provincial capital".
