Guiyang smart fitness cycling competition ends

The finals of the 2022 Guiyang "Good Family" Cup Smart Fitness Cycling Competition were held at Guanshanhu Park on Aug 28. A total of 1,707 contestants participated, 64 of which advanced to the finals.

In the competition, healthy Guiyang residents aged 12 and above can choose an outdoor smart fitness station nearby and use WeChat to scan the QR code on the outdoor smart racing devices to register for the competition. The competition item is a one-kilometer cycling race, and 64 players who advanced to the finals were divided into groups.

The outdoor smart gym is an upgraded sports facility of the "one circle, two lots and three reforms" variety. "One circle" refers to a 15-minute living circle covering education, culture, health, sports, food, housing and transportation for both the young and old, "two lots" refers to parking lots and farmers' markets, and "three reforms" refers to the renovation of old communities, backstreets and alleys.

The smart fitness station not only houses fitness equipment, but can also connect mobile phones with the equipment by scanning a QR code on the equipment, obtain personal exercise data in real time, and offer advanced technological functions.

So far, there are 15 outdoor smart gyms in Guiyang's parks, communities and other places.
