12 tennis players shortlisted for group event

The 2022 Guiyang Tennis Project Mass Event Selection Tournament ended on May 1 in the city of Guiyang, capital of Southwest Guizhou province.

The event ran from April 30 to May 1 at the Guiyang Tennis Professional Team tennis court and a total of 41 tennis enthusiasts participated.

After fierce competition, 12 athletes were shortlisted for four events: the men's singles, men's doubles, women's singles and women's doubles.

They will now represent the city in the Tennis Tournament of the 11th Guizhou Provincial Games.

The event showcased high-level tennis skills and a positive spirit, and promoted national fitness activities.
