Tourism development event to deepen cultural and tourism integration in Guiyang

Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, held a tourism industry development conference in Xiuwen county on Sept 29, showcasing the tourism industry's achievements in the city.

The conference was sponsored by the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee and Guiyang Municipal Government, and included various activities such as site visits, art performances, and lectures.

During the conference, participants visited tourism development projects such as countryside landscape sites, the Yang Ming Culture-themed academy, and a heritage park, to experience the local charm of Xiuwen county.  

Famous experts on Chinese culture joined the conference and gave keynote speeches on Yang Ming culture.

By holding the tourism development conference, Guiyang aims to further develop its high-quality tourism projects and boost local economic development. In addition, the event gathered together people who support the development of Guiyang's cultural tourism sector, and who are creating new opportunities for the city's tourism industry.
