A three-day youth gymnastics championship came to an end in Qingzhen city, Southwest China's Guizhou province, on Aug 16. Nine teams comprised of a total of 98 athletes, all from cities in Guizhou province, participated in the games.

The Qiandongnan team ranked first in terms of their gold medal total with 14 gold medals, plus 15 silver medals, and 9 bronze medals. Guiyang city and Zunyi city ranked second and third with 12 gold medals and 11 gold medals, respectively.

The 2020 Guizhou youth swimming championships was held from Aug 15 to 18. The Guiyang city team won 28 gold medals, 26 silver medals, and 16 bronze medals, clinching first place in terms of the total number of gold medals and total number of medals.
